How Taylor Swift Feels About Life After Eras Tour and Travis Kelce

Shortly after Travis Kelce’s PR firm shut down an “entirely false and fabricated” Taylor Swift breakup media plan, a source revealed to Us Weekly that those close to the couple hope wedding bells ring soon. The insider opened up about Kelce and Swift’s future, along with how Swift is planning her life once her Eras Tour ends on December 8.

Kelce and Swift, “they’re so in love,” the source said. “[Their] friends hope an engagement is a sure thing in the future.”

Swift hasn’t made any concrete plans though for the weeks and months after her final concert in Vancouver. She is however “honing in what she wants to focus on after the tour,” the insider shared. She is also, understandably, prioritizing rest: “She’s trying to make sure she has down time first and hasn’t fully made decisions about anything just yet.”

Swift is on a break from tour until October 18. During these weeks off, she intends on “spending quite a bit of time in with Travis,” the source said, adding, “She’s really focused on getting back to some normalcy in the next couple months that she has off after being on a crazy ride with the tour.”

Swift wrapped up the European leg of her Eras Tour on August 20. She returned to the U.S. and was photographed celebrating with friends, including Kelce, at her Watch Hill, Rhode Island beach house during the weekend of August 24.

Swift confirmed in June that her tour was going to end in December during her 100th Eras Tour show in Liverpool. She told the crowd, “I think, you know, a lot of you are like, ‘How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?’ And for me, the celebration of the 100th show, for me, means this is the very first time I’ve ever acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December, like that’s it. And that feels like so far away from now, but then again, it feels like we just played our first show on this tour because you have made this so much fun for us.”

She confirmed the tour had become her life, telling the audience, “I think I once had hobbies, but I don’t know what they were anymore because all I do when I’m not onstage is sit at home and try to think of clever acoustic song mashups and think about what you might want to hear and just, really, when I’m not on the stage, I’m dreaming about being back on the stage with you guys.”
