NeNe Leakes will return to the courtroom. This time, however, she’s on the other side of a lawsuit.

Earlier this year, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum sued Bravo and Andy Cohen for allegedly cultivating a racist work environment. She claims the network ignored (and perhaps encouraged) racist remarks from Kim Zolciak-Biermann, a former castmate on the show.

After being fired from RHOA in 2020, NeNe went public with her claims and asked fans to boycott the network. After the lawsuit was filed, most of her castmates remained mum on the issue.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, NeNe is now being sued by a woman who claims the star slept with her husband while he was still married.

The woman, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh, asserts that NeNe’s relationship with her husband, Nyonisela Sioh, led to a collapse in the marriage.

Malomine claims NeNe posted numerous photos of herself with her (now) boyfriend, which humiliated Malomine and essentially cratered the relationship.

Additionally, Malomine says she endured emotional distress, loss of affection, and mental anguish. In North Carolina, someone can sue a spouse’s paramour for alienation of affection. In most states, however, this type of suit is disallowed.

Malomine is seeking over $100,000 from the reality star. NeNe has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
